I want a place where I can share my experience, day to day working, methodology and unique articles. I will not aim to bamboozle you with terms, my analysis approach is straight forward and practical.

If you've come here to learn about how to apply the McKinsey 7S model, you may be disappointed.

All the advice here, will be based on working in the industry and being grounded in modern practicalities of delivering quality software, whilst not creating excessive waste. Necessary and sufficient.
